Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Author & Teacher "Chase" offers tools to manage stress, develop clarity and focus, and access the deep-inner-level of YOU. In this experiential workshop, you will be invited to participate in group mindfulness exercises (including yogic breathing), group meditation exercises, and partner participation exercises. You will walk away with a plan of action for your next three months, as well as workbook, eye mask, tea kettle, journal and signed book.
